I found out the following to get it to work: I cannot use AVR Studio 7 because some old microcontrollers for example AT89S52 are not supported by AVR Studio 7, thus I have to install AVR Studio 4.19, I ran into problems with the drivers/communication problems. I have an AVRISP MKII setup that works in Windows XP computer but now replacing it with new computer running Windows 10.
